What you will do

  • Own and optimize upsell and cross-sell customer marketing strategies.
  • Drive measurable results by setting and meeting revenue and conversion goals.
  • Develop and execute targeted multi-channel campaigns for product adoption and expansion.
  • Leverage customer data to segment customers and personalize outreach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Create enablement materials, playbooks, and digital assets for Sales and CS teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer or growth marketing experience with direct ownership of upsell and cross-sell programs.
  • Data- and results-driven marketer who thrives on setting measurable goals and analyzing performance.
  • Experience with campaign and lifecycle management tools such as Gainsight, Marketo, Pendo, Salesforce, and analytics platforms like Tableau.
  • Skilled at partnering across teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance executional excellence and long-term scalability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
