What you will do

• Lead a team of 8 across CRM strategy and execution.
• Build and optimize multi-channel journeys via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email, App, SMS, WhatsApp).
• Use SQL and data-driven techniques for deep segmentation and campaign targeting.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and tech teams to align CRM with business goals.
• Enhance behavioral and lifecycle campaigns to maximize member retention and engagement.

Requirements

• 6-7 years’ experience in CRM within subscription or membership-based businesses.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL.
• Proven leadership experience in high-volume campaign environments.
• Ability to manage CRM databases of 1m+ contacts with strategic clarity.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
