TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Researching potential clients and presenting personalized hirify.global offerings with an accent on strategic outreach through calls, emails, and social networking to schedule demos. Focus on proactively generating new qualified leads, achieving core metrics, and conducting high-level discovery calls.

Location: Clearwater, Florida Location: Hybrid: in office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday plus additional days as required. Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Proactively generate and qualify new leads to grow individual book of business.
  • Achieve and exceed core metrics, quotas, and KPIs through strategic outreach (calling, emails, social networking).
  • Display exceptional prospecting skills and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Utilize Salesforce for proper documentation and accurate opportunity forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives across North America and learn from Sales Leadership.
  • Influence the sales process based on learnings from discovery calls.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Comfortable prospecting, delivering short sales pitches, and high-level demos.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a technology or software sales support position with a record of achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be intrinsically motivated.
  • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Past SaaS sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
