What you will do
- Drive customer engagement through outbound prospecting and follow up on inbound qualified leads.
- Research and identify potential prospects using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and 6Sense.
- Generate and conduct first meetings with prospects via calling, emailing, social selling, and event invitations.
- Conduct early opportunity qualification to determine decision makers, budget, business need, and timeline.
- Build compelling and tailored messaging to educate prospects about hirify.global solutions and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Campaign Managers, Account Executives, and Sales Engineers.
- Maintain meticulous notes and track accounts and engagement using Salesforce and Outreach.io.
- Deliver qualified opportunities to the account team and consistently achieve assigned goals.
Requirements
- Desire to build a career in Sales.
- 6+ months in a sales development/business development function or relevant work experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly evolving environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach and problem-solving ability.
- Outstanding ability to prioritize work, with attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
