TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Chicago

Salary: $50,000–$58,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Prospect into target accounts using a multichannel approach (cold calling, email, social, and networking).
  • Research and map accounts to identify key stakeholders, business needs, and buying signals.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account data in our CRM.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Risk Cloud, the GRC market, and our competitive landscape.
  • Contribute to improving outreach strategies, messaging, and sales processes.

Requirements

  • A genuine interest in technology and a desire to build a career in sales.
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) space.
  • Strong listening skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for contributing to a fast-growing, early-stage company.

Nice to have

  • Prior SDR or startup sales experience.
