TL;DR

Customer Onboarding Manager (SaaS): Manage the onboarding process for mid-market customers, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of hirify.global software across all locations with an accent on developing and executing detailed rollout plans and managing customer data migrations. Focus on establishing strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and proactively identifying challenges during onboarding.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in the US. Attendance at team and company-wide offsites is expected and fully supported.

What you will do

  • Manage the onboarding process for mid-market customers (6-100 shops) to ensure smooth software implementation and adoption.
  • Develop and execute detailed rollout plans, customizing approaches as needed for customer needs and business objectives.
  • Establish strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for onboarding.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, operations, and product teams to improve the onboarding process.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations, implementation walkthroughs, and training to customers.
  • Oversee and execute customer data migrations, ensuring accuracy and alignment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Onboarding, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Strong project management skills for managing multiple, concurrent projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with mid-market and enterprise-level clients, including executives.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and escalation management to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical skills to assess customer needs, inform decisions, and optimize onboarding processes.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, data migration, and systems integrations.
  • Experience working with auto-repair shops or the automotive industry.
