TL;DR

Customer Enablement Manager (AI): Owns the creation and execution of enablement programs to help B2B customers adopt hirify.global, maximize platform value, and drive change management across their organizations. Focus on scaling customer education through engaging content, a world-class knowledge base, and impactful training sessions.

Location: Based at our San Francisco HQ, requiring full-time in-person collaboration five days a week.

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 USD (on target earnings)

What you will do

  • Create engaging educational content (videos, webinars, decks, knowledge base articles) for customer value.
  • Build, maintain, and scale the external knowledge base for accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and Data Analysts to deliver combined platform education and GTM insights.
  • Lead live training sessions for customers and internal GTM teams to drive confidence and adoption.
  • Design and execute scalable enablement programs to improve retention, adoption, and change management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Success for feature launches.

Requirements

  • Ownership-first mindset, thriving in early-stage, high-urgency environments.
  • Curious, self-aware, and feedback-driven.
  • 3–6 years of customer enablement or education experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Strong background with data platforms, analytics, or MarTech/GTM tools.
  • GTM or marketing experience with understanding of revenue team operations.
  • Proven ability to create educational content and instructional design expertise.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills for training customers and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
