Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience building and managing a team to ship high-quality products.
• Strong technical background with 4+ years of industry experience building user-facing products.
• Experience in designing and building user experiences on web or mobile.
• Effective cross-functional communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive with autonomy and responsibility in an ambiguous environment.
• Technical acumen to drive clarity about architecture and strategic decisions.
• Foster a healthy and inclusive work environment.
• Strong mentorship skills.
