Location: Available Locations: New York. The SE Manager will manage a team of SEs that are geographically distributed within Canada in Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa & Montreal. This role is open to New York City, Washington D.C. and Seattle based hires.

Salary: Estimated annual salary of $233,000 - $285,000 for New York City, Washington D.C. and Seattle based hires.

What you will do

• Lead Solutions Engineering activities for hirify.global Canada.
• Manage a geographically distributed team of Solutions Engineers.
• Work with Sales to grow the account base and drive technical activities for customers.
• Partner with Mid-Market Sales, Enterprise teams, Customer Success, and Partner organizations.
• Provide the value of hirify.global products to customers and prospects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with internet technologies and/or cloud technologies.
• Minimum 3 years of team lead/team management experience.
• Experience managing opportunity sales cycles and identifying technical proof activities.
• Demonstrated operations, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
