Salary: Estimated annual salary of $233,000 - $285,000 for New York City, Washington D.C. and Seattle based hires.

What you will do
- Lead Solutions Engineering activities for hirify.global Canada.
- Manage a geographically distributed team of Solutions Engineers.
- Work with Sales to grow the account base and drive technical activities for customers.
- Partner with Mid-Market Sales, Enterprise teams, Customer Success, and Partner organizations.
- Provide the value of hirify.global products to customers and prospects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience with internet technologies and/or cloud technologies.
- Minimum 3 years of team lead/team management experience.
- Experience managing opportunity sales cycles and identifying technical proof activities.
- Demonstrated operations, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
