Salary: $222,392—$261,637 USD (annual base salary)

What you will do

• Lead the delivery and execution of the Dashboard platform by managing resources, timelines, and team members effectively.
• Drive accountability for deploying and monitoring solutions by aligning technical resources and skill sets.
• Partner with Product Management and other stakeholders to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
• Guide the technical direction of the Dashboard platform through insights and operational rigor.
• Identify and remove process bottlenecks and technical constraints.
• Build and manage a world-class engineering team through feedback, career development, and performance management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong technical background in full-stack web development, with expertise in modern frontend frameworks and backend systems.
• Experience building and scaling customer-facing applications with complex authentication, authorization, and workflow requirements.
• Track record of successfully delivering large technical initiatives while managing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and grow engineering talent.
