What you will do

• Lead and mentor multiple software engineering teams, driving technical excellence and ensuring business success.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Growth, and Customer Success to define project scope and roadmap.
• Establish and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, security, and documentation.
• Optimize resource planning, budget allocation, and project prioritization for maximum impact.
• Play a key role in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding world-class engineers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a management role.
• Proven leadership in global, distributed, and multi-layered engineering organizations.
• Successfully built and delivered enterprise-grade B2B and B2C products driving hundreds of millions in revenue.
• Deep expertise in developing high-performance, highly available brokerage solutions with tier-1 SLAs.
• Strong track record of developing and scaling top engineering talent, including mentoring engineering managers.
• Strategic and business acumen in financial services, balancing technical excellence with business impact.
