What you will do
- Market hirify.global’s suite of products & services to protocol teams and token issuers on a global basis.
- Provide white-glove sales and relationship management coverage for token issuers.
- Structure, negotiate, and execute agreements for protocol specific products: Liquifi, token sales, and prime.
- Drive client acquisition and manage a portfolio of VIP global clients, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Work with product leaders to synthesize product feedback from clients to help inform the product roadmap.
- Identify broader cross-selling opportunities and leverage other subject matter experts in the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience, preferably in a sales/business development role for a crypto company, trading/custody environment, or traditional finance sales.
- Fierce passion for the rapidly evolving crypto industry, with a commitment to staying current on the latest trends and innovations.
- Strong team collaboration skills, working across all functions of hirify.global.
- Driven, self-starter, motivated to push for results without micro-management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, bringing new ideas and methods to the table.
- Strong strategic thinking, client-facing communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, production, legal, and data teams.
Nice to have
- Have led the go-to-market of a token launch at a crypto protocol.
- Involved in sales at a competing custodian, exchange, token sale, or crypto trading platform.
- Experience at a traditional financial institution or sell side investment banking.
