What you will do
- Own day-to-day performance marketing delivery for North American clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and translate client core objectives into channel strategies and roadmaps.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization, ensuring rigorous measurement and continuous improvement.
- Partner with product/tech teams to scope and test enhancements for digital platforms impacting acquisition and retention.
- Champion first-party data best practices, audience capture, and provide strategic consultancy on growth and commercialization.
- Manage and coach junior team members, contribute to account growth, and participate in new business strategy.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years in performance/digital marketing, with agency experience strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the current performance landscape, paid media, data & privacy, and audience strategy.
- Clear, confident communicator with exceptional project management skills, adept at simplifying complex data.
- Extremely organized with a strong work ethic, thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
- Advanced MS PowerPoint skills for crafting compelling presentations.
- Strong MS Excel skills to derive optimization recommendations from first-party data sets.
