What you will do

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP/Promotions, managing the full lifecycle of coupon setup, execution, and tracking.
• Partner with email operations and CRM teams to ensure campaigns have correct data inputs, segmentation, and technical configurations.
• Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to support QA and troubleshooting.
• Ensure database and process integrity by performing regular quality checks, validations, and documenting workflows.
• Assist in managing CRM and marketing tools, supporting integrations, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with IT/tech partners.
• Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within campaign and data workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM operations, marketing operations, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong experience with coupon and promotions processes in SAP is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel skills required.
