What you will do

  • Lead the regional End-User Marketing strategy and be accountable for Marketing-sourced MGR goals.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans with impact forecasts and manage key KPIs across all channels (email, push, in-app, SMS).
  • Apply advanced analytical skills to identify regional growth opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and manage efficient campaigns.
  • Balance specific market demands and client enrollment rates to ensure campaign relevance and drive growth.
  • Partner with local stakeholders (Customer Success, Wellbeing Engagement) to manage cross-functional initiatives and champion the End-user Marketing team.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets using tools like Canva, Figma, and Structured Web, and manage campaign segmentation in Braze.

Requirements

  • Reside in the Manhattan Area with availability to go to the office when requested.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in B2C marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management (B2C messaging style highly preferred).
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to testing and optimization are critical.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced CRM tools (ideally Braze or equivalent like Klaviyo/Oracle) capable of complex segmentation and dynamic content.
  • Proven track record in multi-channel CRM execution (email, SMS, In-app, + push) and project management.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
