What you will do
- Own the development of measurement frameworks, learning agendas, and data integration across multiple client workstreams.
- Contextualize and apply data to generate a holistic view of the audience and inform program development.
- Evaluate new data opportunities (sources, methodologies, technology) in support of marketing and communication activities.
- Foster creative thinking on how to use data to solve business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-discipline leads to guide decision-making within technical and non-technical groups.
- Provide day-to-day management and mentorship to a team of analysts on projects.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience working with integrated marketing and communications tactics and developing insights.
- Possess a bachelor's or graduate degree from an accredited post-secondary institution.
- Experience as a marketing analytics leader, including onboarding and developing talent, ideally within an advertising agency, consulting, or client-services environment.
- Expertise in cross-channel performance analytics, including web, organic social, influencer, and paid analytics, and campaign lift studies.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple deliverables with various stakeholders.
- Excellent data storytelling and visualization skills, with experience in Tableau and Google Data Studio.
