What you will do
- Collaborate with global marketing strategy and business units to align objectives with local market nuances.
- Prioritize and coordinate budget and resources for scalable and efficient campaign delivery.
- Develop tactical marketing plans to support revenue and business targets, focusing on book author acquisition and engagement.
- Manage the China-focused marketing calendar and resources for operational efficiency.
- Stay informed of industry trends, analyze market segments, and identify new opportunities.
- Develop customer journey–centric and lifecycle–driven marketing automation streams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing; prior exposure to the STM industry is desirable.
- Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong experience collaborating within global teams, with a deep understanding of regional market differences.
- Extensive knowledge of B2C marketing funnels, digital channels, and B2B demand generation.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies including Google Analytics and leading email automation platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Fluent Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
