What you will do
- Develop, plan, and schedule content across hirify.global’s social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Create and execute monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, events, seasonal trends, and market needs.
- Work with designers or create simple creatives yourself (Canva/CapCut) to produce high-quality posts, reels, stories, and infographics.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community activity across platforms.
- Track competitor content, trends, and community conversations to suggest new creative ideas.
- Assist in gathering weekly performance metrics and analyze content performance.
Requirements
- Must be located in Singapore and able to commit to a 6-month internship period.
- Bachelor's Degree and above (final year or fresh graduates).
- Familiarity with social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Ability to create simple creatives using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Willingness to learn and a curious mindset.

Hiring process
- TA Introduction: A ~30 minute chat with members of the Social Media team, where they will give you some real-life challenges that this role faces, and will ask for your approach to solving them.
- Soft Skills Assessment: A ~45 minute chat with the hiring manager, where they will dive into some of your recent work situations to understand how you think and work.
- Offers: We’ll make a non-binding offer verbally or over email, followed by a couple of short phone or video calls with references that you provide to us.
