What you will do

• Manage the promotion and execution of event and conference planning, including legal, compliance, finance, and auditing.
• Establish marketing and promotion assets (website, content design, promotion channels), plan global and local promotion, and manage client marketing alignment.
• Provide onsite technical and audience support during events, collect Q&A, and summarize broadcasting data.
• Support Cell Symposia in China with pre-conference promotion and post-conference PR, including content creation and social planning.
• Act as a liaison for Cell Press brand communication and local/global campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of B2B event marketing experience, corporate experience is preferred.
• Proven capability of working effectively across functions, managing multi-tasks with strong coordination capability.
• Fully bilingual and able to adapt to working across time zones.
• Good project and process management skills.
