What you will do

• Lead the Hong Kong/Singapore marketing team and own regional marketing initiatives including influencer marketing, PR, digital marketing, advertising, and offline activations.
• Ensure brand consistency aligned with global marketing strategy.
• Manage marketing budgets and deliver impactful campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Build influential partnerships and amplify the brand through earned media.
• Collaborate closely with global teams using the region as a testing ground for new ideas.
• Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hong Kong or Singapore.
• Over 5 years of extensive marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior, especially younger generations.
• Proven success in managing marketing budgets and executing campaigns effectively.
• Experience in organic social, earned media, and influencer partnerships on limited budgets.
• Excellent proficiency in both Cantonese and English.
