Location: Hybrid in London (3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Develop and drive platform management standards and documentation.
• Maintain and enforce standardized hardware/software configurations across regions using automation and client management platforms.
• Collaborate with IT engineering to build an integrated, compliance-governed platform.
• Provide direction and mentorship to the IT Engineering team for device support.
• Engage with end-users to proactively contribute to the best end-user experience.

Requirements

• Excellent technical understanding of Jamf Pro/Cloud, Jamf Connect, and Jamf Protect.
• Deep understanding of Apple in the enterprise (ABM, Enrollments, App purchasing).
• Extensive experience with creating installation and packaging scripts using Jamf products.
• Proficient in one or more modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Swift).
• Demonstrable experience managing a fleet of 1000+ devices.
• Strong understanding of security implications and identity & access management.
• Good understanding and experience working with Intune, Azure, Okta, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently, manage projects, and deploy solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in deploying and/or migrating an MDM solution.
• Knowledge of remote support technologies.
• Experience working in a regulated industry.
