Location: Remote-first setup within Germany (Authorization to work in Germany required)

Salary: €140,000 p.a.

What you will do

• Lead and expand the internal IT team.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM).
• Define and enforce endpoint standards and manage employee hardware.
• Administer and secure internal SaaS applications.
• Develop scalable IT service desk processes and manage vendors.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in Germany.
• Proven experience leading Internal IT or IT Operations teams.
• Strong hands-on experience in IAM and endpoint management.
• Solid understanding of IT service management at scale.
• Security-minded, pragmatic approach.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance or audit readiness (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Strong automation skills (scripting, APIs, workflow automation).
• Experience supporting distributed or hybrid environments.
