What you will do

• Manage day-to-day publishing of hirify.global Arabia social channels (Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook).
• Develop and execute a culturally relevant social content strategy for Arabic-speaking audiences.
• Lead content planning, scheduling, and real-time coverage of key sporting events.
• Manage a freelance social programmer based in Saudi Arabia, providing clear direction and quality control.
• Collaborate with the hirify.global Social team to align hirify.global Arabia output with global strategies.
• Optimize creative assets for Arabic-language platforms in partnership with the Social Creative Team.

Requirements

• Native-level Arabic fluency with professional bilingual proficiency in English
• Proven experience managing social media accounts at scale for sports, media, or entertainment brands.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook, including short-form video best practices.
• Deep understanding of Arabic-speaking audiences, regional sports culture, and digital consumption habits.
• Experience managing freelancers or contributors remotely.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using social analytics to inform decision-making.
