What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and the Salesforce team to understand requirements.
• Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Ensure high adoption rates and smooth and efficient usage globally.
• Prioritize efforts together with the Salesforce team.
• Support end-users in new processes and functionalities.

Requirements

• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge, including design, implementation, data management, and integration.
• Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and HTML for front-end customization in Lightning components and Visualforce pages.
• Understanding of various integration options, such as REST, SOAP, and Salesforce Connect, and knowledge of API integration and web services.
• Proficiency in creating and managing workflow rules, process builder, and flows to automate business processes.
• Understanding of deployment processes, including changesets, Salesforce DX, and continuous integration (CI) tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce platform.
• English: Professional fluency required (C1).
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model from Gliwice, Poland.

• Experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud (Industries CPQ, Vlocity) and OmniStudio components.
