Senior SAP BASIS Consultant (SAP): Design, governance, and strategic evolution of SAP technical landscapes with an accent on system stability, security, scalability, and alignment with business and IT strategy. Focus on planning and coordinating SAP projects, operational management of S/4 HANA, BW on HANA, SAP BTP, and technical leadership in AWS-hosted environments.

Location: Krakow, Poland (hybrid: 60% office, 40% remote)

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate SAP basis and authorization projects.
• Cooperate with support partners and internal IT teams.
• Support functional teams on basis and authorization operations.
• Manage operations for S/4 HANA, BW on HANA, SAP BTP, Solution Manager, and SAP DS.
• Implement new SAP features and align maintenance roadmaps.
• Lead technical projects for SAP basis topics on AWS.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related.
• More than 8 years in SAP BASIS.
• Experience monitoring, performance analysis, troubleshooting S/4 HANA, BW on HANA, SAP BTP.
• SSO implementation with S/4 HANA and SAP BTP.
• SAP technical security architecture and authorization concepts.
• Handling IT security and audits.

• Deep knowledge of Process Control and Access Control in SAP.
• Automated DR in SAP.
• AI applicability in SAP technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
