What you will do
- Build and execute the EMEA field marketing plan to support enterprise modernization and hirify.global Cloud adoption.
- Partner with Sales on tiered Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, including ICP definition and tailored plays.
- Own end-to-end execution of events (trade shows, roadshows, virtual events) ensuring pre-event activation and post-event follow-up.
- Orchestrate modern B2B programs using AI for predictive account selection and content personalization.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to develop customer evidence and advocacy materials.
- Align EMEA field activities with partner programs, including hyperscaler and SI/ISV motions.
Requirements
- Owned field/regional marketing in EMEA, demonstrating pipeline generation through events, ABM, and campaigns.
- Proficiency in ABM strategies, including account tiering and tailoring programs by stage.
- Data-driven approach to reporting, attribution, and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce/Marketo, ABM platforms, and data tools, utilizing AI for personalization.
- Ability to distinguish and communicate effectively with different personas (decision makers vs. practitioners).
- Highly organized with strong planning and process management skills (spreadsheets, Jira/Confluence).

- Experience with database, cloud, or developer audiences.
- Experience with OSS/community programs.
- Experience with hyperscaler and SI/ISV motions or marketplace co-sell.
