What you will do

• Own the definition and delivery of monthly and weekly goals for your team.
• Maintain a transparent source of truth for roadmap, priorities, and status in JIRA.
• Track progress against commitments using metrics and proactively unblock or re‑scope when risk to goals appears.
• Translate company and product strategy into clear focus areas for the team per month.
• Use data to drive improvements by defining and monitoring team KPIs.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Proven ability to turn high‑level business objectives into a prioritized engineering roadmap and clear, trackable goals.
• Demonstrable experience running data‑driven delivery and reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Track record of converting impossible goals into smaller achievable ones while planning for longer term complete solutions.
• Strong command of agile delivery tools and practices.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in a people management role, with at least 5+ years of experience as a Developer or QA.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English at all levels.

Nice to have

• Scrum/Kanban experience.
