Salary: $88,000–$137,000 USD

What you will do

• Measure and ensure systems meet SLOs, improving application performance, scalability, and stability.
• Participate in operational support, on-call rotation, and incident response, including blameless post mortems.
• Automate manual operational work, implement DevOps capabilities using CI/CD, and enhance alerting posture.
• Collaborate with development teams to promote reliability engineering throughout the SDLC.
• Build and maintain performance testing frameworks and documentation.
• Conduct analytics on incidents to prevent future issues and identify performance bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years on a DevOps/SRE team.
• Experience with incident and response management.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services (EC2, EKS, API GW, Lambda) or similar.
• Experience with backend technologies like J2EE, .NET Core/C#, Spring, Hibernate.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, DataDog).
• Strong UNIX/Linux background.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Performance Engineering concepts.
• Exposure to chaos testing or chaos engineering.
