What you will do
- Enhance service reliability and performance monitoring using observability platforms like Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk.
- Manage and support production-grade environments leveraging Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain automation playbooks using Ansible Tower to streamline operations.
- Execute incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITSM standards.
- Support cloud-native infrastructure on platforms such as GCP or Azure.
- Participate in on-call support rotations and perform ad-hoc shifts as business needs require.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work as a W2 employee (C2C is not accepted)
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture
- 4+ years of proficiency with observability tools like BigPanda, ThousandEyes, or ELK
- 4+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM)
- 3+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Linux
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ansible and infrastructure automation

- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong background in project management and cross-functional leadership
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
