Location: United States, New York; Work format: Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite at Paris Office; Must be based in the United States.

Salary: $165,000 - $225,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain robust network and security measures in cloud infrastructures supporting hirify.global SaaS.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Collaborate with security teams to execute a security roadmap and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as SOC2 and HIPAA.
• Continuously improve infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and configuration for reliability and scalability.
• Automate routine tasks using infrastructure as code and scripting tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in enterprise networking and network security for on-premises and cloud environments.
• Proven ability to design secure and compliant network architectures.
• Experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and networking services.
• Hands-on experience with networking tools and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
• Solution-oriented and automation-first mindset.

Nice to have

• Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
