What you will do

• Own SaaS application reliability and architecture across cloud environments
• Solve complex system issues and support escalated customer-facing problems
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and lead root cause analysis
• Automate workflows and build real-time monitoring dashboards
• Drive reliability improvements and enforce security and compliance standards
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence within the team

Requirements

• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance to Denver, Colorado
• Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role with cloud platforms
• Proficiency with configuration management tools (Terraform, Puppet, Ansible)
• Strong knowledge of monitoring tools (New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace) and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• Experience designing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
• Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, PCI)
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms
• Hands-on software development and networking background
