Sr. Staff Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Salary: $192,000–$260,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Define the technical strategy and roadmap for in-house solutions supporting critical internal workflows.
• Design and deliver end-to-end, AI-powered applications in partnership with product management, design, and engineering teams.
• Resolve the most complex technical challenges and reduce technical risk across the team.
• Set engineering best practices for design quality, operational reviews, testing, and incident management.
• Serve as the technical leader for a team of software engineers and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a strong record of technical leadership and impact.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience as the technical owner of team-owned software systems.
• Experience designing and building end-to-end, full-stack, cloud-native applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience raising engineering quality standards and maintaining strong execution and operational rigor.
• Passion for the data intelligence space and a product engineering mindset.
