What you will do

• Articulate and quantify challenges and opportunities for clients through AI/ML applications.
• Develop an insider-level understanding of clients’ businesses, from operations to product roadmaps.
• Provide insights into organizational, leadership, and cultural realities affecting solution success.
• Evaluate a client’s organizational assets based on data assets and core competencies.
• Offer actionable recommendations to advance the successful application of AI/ML.

Requirements

• Independently conduct SME interviews to isolate core stakeholder, organizational, and engagement dynamics.
• Confidently and credibly show clients things they may not be aware of or reluctant to admit.
• Apply a product management or design thinking mindset to organizing client recommendations and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineers on engagements requiring strategic alignment of engineering activities.
• Proven strength in emotional intelligence and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong skills in business quantitative analysis, including operational data and financial reporting.
• Due to ITAR compliance and regulations must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
