What you will do

• Define and own the long-term strategy for internal AI transformation platforms.
• Identify AI opportunities and translate them into scalable platform capabilities.
• Design new internal AI platforms and define user journeys and integration requirements.
• Own product integrations with existing systems and workflow tools.
• Drive product lifecycle: discovery, specifications, delivery, testing, rollout, and iteration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across CS, Ops, Marketing, Product, Risk, Compliance, and more.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management, platform management with technical business analysis experience.
• Experience translating business needs and goals into visionary, scalable, maintainable, and best-in-class designed platforms, solutions, and automation-driven products.
• Understanding and proven knowledge of AI concepts (LLMs, automation, ML, prompt design).
• Strong systems-thinking and multi-system integration capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Demonstrated full ownership across the product lifecycle and platform evolution.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI transformation, workflow automation, or internal developer platforms.
• Background in operations-heavy environments (support, fintech, SaaS).
• Familiarity with APIs, enterprise integration patterns, or automation frameworks.
