TL;DR

Location: Hybrid work model, based in Waltham or Boston, MA, USA

Salary: $60,400 - $75,500 USD

What you will do

  • Drive analysis of website performance, user journeys, and key funnel metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, retention).
  • Develop and manage a continuous A/B and multivariate testing program to improve conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with MarTech and engineering teams to ensure accurate setup of tracking pixels, events, and user pathways.
  • Define data structures and frameworks to answer key business questions and build clear, compelling reports.
  • Present performance updates and insights to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, design, and engineering teams to develop insight-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, business, data science, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in website analytics, digital marketing analytics, or CRO.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Statsig, Google Optimize, VWO, ContentSquare).
  • Strong understanding of paid media metrics and digital marketing concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or lead-generation environments.
  • Familiarity with tag management systems (Google Tag Manager, Tealium IQ, Adobe Launch).
  • Understanding of SEO, UX design, and user behavior research.
  • SQL or BI tool experience (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
