What you will do
- Translate customer behavior data into actionable merchandising strategies for improved discoverability and conversion.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to align site functionality with inventory and commercial goals.

- Utilize Contentful CMS to manage and optimize site content and product listings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably in fashion, eyewear, or retail.
- Must be a resident of an approved U.S. state listed in the job description.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, ContentSquare, Algolia, or Bloomreach.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional collaborations.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and conversion funnel optimization.
- Demonstrated success in defining A/B testing strategies to drive business results.
