What you will do

• Develop and execute branding and messaging strategies through channel partners.
• Manage channel marketing strategy and execution for online, in-store, and email communications.
• Ensure seamless customer experience in partner stores and online to drive rapid growth.
• Develop tailored marketing and content strategies for multiple countries.
• Monitor pipeline impact and engagement metrics to align with revenue objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, and/or brand strategy.
• 5+ years of experience working on consumer technology brands/products.
• 5+ years of experience managing consumer marketing teams with experience developing integrated marketing programs for large global brands.
• Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time to customer locations and other hirify.global locations.
• Must conform to U.S. Government export regulations (U.S. citizen/national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree with a business or technical focus.
• Experience building, executing, and scaling marketing programs with retailers at a global scale.
• Demonstrated success in structuring complex business commercial opportunities.
