Location: Hybrid in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

What you will do

Build organizational capability to create great products and foster innovation.
Coach and provide technical expertise to development teams.
Support Product Owners and ScrumMasters in executing implementation plans and creating roadmaps.
Introduce and promote modern software development practices across the team.
Develop technical capabilities of team members through training.
Facilitate best-practices sharing throughout the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Over 10 years of experience in Software Development, Design, and Testing.
Over 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Strong understanding of professional software development practices and SDLC.
Experience practicing agile software development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical rigor.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to all levels.
