What you will do

• Build the capability of the organization to create great products with a long-term view.
• Help teams and ScrumMasters remove obstacles and apply Scrum principles.
• Act as a coach, providing direction, encouragement, and technical expertise to teams.
• Introduce modern software development practices and facilitate best-practices sharing.
• Support Product Owners and ScrumMasters in executing implementation plans and creating roadmaps.
• Develop technical capabilities of team members through training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in Software Development, Design, and Testing.
• Over 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of professional software development practices and lifecycle.
• Experience practicing agile software development methodologies.
• Ability to coach team members and provide advice on project/time management, coding, and testing.
