Location: Preference for candidates within commutable distance to Calgary, Alberta, Canada office with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remote

What you will do

  • Lead architecture and management of Zuora billing systems ensuring seamless integrations and optimal performance.
  • Oversee system upgrades, implementations, and software development projects following best practices.
  • Manage and mentor a team of billing system administrators with focus on strategic planning and daily operations.
  • Drive system design improvements for scalability, automation, and efficiency in billing processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to align billing operations with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain high system uptime and integrity.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree or equivalent certifications in Finance, Information Systems, or IT.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in billing systems management with extensive Zuora administration.
  • Strong technical background in billing system architecture, integrations, and design.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills managing teams and complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and vendors.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and focus on continuous improvement.
