Salary: $112,000–$127,000 per year.

What you will do

• Serve as functional manager of the Zuora platform, ensuring accurate modeling of billing and revenue rules.
• Lead a team of billing analysts and provide day-to-day support on complex billing issues.
• Define business requirements and architectural direction for Zuora Workflows, automation, and integrations.
• Partner with IT engineers on scalable solutions and oversee project planning and delivery.
• Identify and implement opportunities to replace manual processes with system-driven workflows.
• Coach team members on system capabilities and best practices, leading industry reviews for roadmap updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in subscription billing operations or system administration.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing (preferred) or Zuora Revenue.
• Working knowledge of subscription concepts (MRR, proration, upgrades/downgrades, revenue share, tiering).
• Experience designing and operationalizing workflow automation patterns.
• Strong understanding of Q2C lifecycle, product catalogs, and billing logic.

• Familiarity with data reporting tools (SQL, Snowflake).
