What you will do

• Lead national and international IT-software projects.
• Plan and manage project budgets.
• Ensure internal and external stakeholder management.
• Act as the first line of contact for customer requests and issues.
• Provide technical guidance to internal project team members and manage resources.
• Support the sales process, including presenting potential project plans to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Engineering or Computer Science. Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in software projects, preferably in the life science/pharma sector.
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of the business impact of decisions.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic personality with the ability to work independently.
• Thorough understanding of the software project life cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Project management certification (PMP, IPMA).
