System and Network Engineer

What you will do

• Manage IT projects from conception to completion, collaborating with various engineering teams.
• Set up, administer, and maintain IT SaaS Systems and Applications.
• Review and enhance SSO workflows while implementing security policies, patches, and necessary updates.
• Maintain compliance across all hardware equipment, including Networking equipment, Computers, and IoT devices.
• Take ownership of L2/L3 support troubleshooting within the IT Operations domain.
• Oversee office software and MDM platforms (Jamf, MS Azure, Intune, Google Workspace) and implement IT task automations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT environments and managing IT Ops projects.
• Solid project management skills with the ability to structure and manage IT projects.
• Knowledge of IT, LAN, WAN, Firewall/security, SSO, and cloud technologies.
• Proficient in Automation Script development and a good understanding of DevOps methodologies.
• Prior experience collaborating with Security teams and deploying/administering SaaS tools.
• Fluent in English (C1).
