What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary hirify.globalians to design, build, and operate innovative products.
• Design and develop scalable solutions using cloud-native architectures and microservices.
• Build and maintain resilient distributed systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective.
• Leverage and contribute to the development of GenAI and AI-powered tools for productivity.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices in an agile environment.
• Demonstrate operational excellence through monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues.

Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related STEM fields.
• Graduation: Expected between October 2025 - September 2026, or graduated within the last 24 months.
• Demonstrated experience with at least one general-purpose programming language such as Java, Python, C++, C#, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
• Demonstrated experience with Data structures implementation, Basic algorithm development, or Object-oriented design principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous technical internship(s) or demonstrated project experience.
• Experience with AI tools for development productivity.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (preferably AWS) or Database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with Version control systems and debugging complex systems.
