What you will do

• Develop features for the traveler experience across all hirify.global brands’ landing pages.
• Apply software design principles and algorithms to write clean, maintainable, and optimized code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to solve complex problems and implement high-quality solutions.
• Develop and test standard software applications to ensure they meet performance and design requirements.
• Contribute to automation, monitoring, and logging practices within the development workflow.
• Actively participate in code reviews and communities of practice aligned with the technology stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with server-side technologies like Java or Kotlin and frontend frameworks like React or Node.js.
• Must be located in Rome, Italy, and able to work in a hybrid environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team setting.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud architecture and AWS platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, Spinnaker, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks like JUnit, Jest, or Cypress.
