What you will do

• Collect and analyze data on internal processes of infrastructure departments and businesses to identify growth points and bottlenecks.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to track the effectiveness of processes and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for infrastructure and businesses, such as analyzing external surveys on employer brand.
• Implement BI/ETL tools, designing data storage, processing, and integration architecture.
• Train teams on how to work effectively with dashboards and reports, promoting a data-driven culture across the organization.
• Propose improvements in processes based on analytics to make them faster, more transparent, and more efficient.

Requirements

• Experience of 1 year in analytics or consulting.
• Business-oriented with a focus on making qualitative conclusions.
• Critical thinking, structural and analytical skills, data handling, and effective communication.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, SQL, and BigQuery.

Nice to have

• Ability to work with Airflow, Python, Zapier, Notion, and the GCP ecosystem.
