Location: Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid - 3-4 days remote)

What you will do

• Define and maintain the overall solution architecture for the product.
• Align solution architecture with the DHS reference architecture and strategic direction.
• Lead the creation of blueprints and reference architecture documentation.
• Define and refine feature-level items together with Product Management.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads in Scrum teams to ensure consistent implementation and provide architectural guidance.
• Own and maintain architectural decision records and contribute to the definition of technical standards and practices.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, medical technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in software architecture or system design.
• Background as a Senior Developer, Software Architect, or equivalent technical leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of scalable system design, integration strategies, and DevSecOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
• Experience in regulated environments or healthcare (preferred but not required).
