What you will do

• Oversee live ops team for Sort Puzzle games, ensuring efficient operations and smooth execution of events, updates, and promotions.
• Collaborate with product director and game designers to develop and implement live ops strategy for revenue optimization and player satisfaction.
• Lead live games roadmap planning and global product strategy for the Subpod.
• Lead growth strategy for the Subpod working cross-functionally with marketing and design teams.
• Utilize industry expertise to identify market trends and recommend innovative strategies to maximize revenues and stay competitive.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to drive creativity and accountability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management on mobile games or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Deep familiarity with game analytics and mobile game KPIs.
• Understanding of live game operations, sales, and event strategies.
• Experience of setting up and working with long term production pipelines including art production processes.

Nice to have

• Game Design background or equivalent experience is a huge plus.
• Track record of publishing/working on a successful hypercasual, casual, or AAA title is desired.
