• Strong technical leadership skills, able to architect plans and solutions to drive technology development.
• Extensive collaboration and communication skills, able to articulate complex technical challenges to non-technical colleagues.
• Deep understanding of the game development process, encompassing current technical challenges and ideas for future development features/pipelines.
• Shipped multiple titles using Unreal Engine.
• Several years of experience building and managing engineering teams.
• Experience developing new game-related technologies.
