Account Manager (Project Manager)

TL;DR

Junior Account/Project Manager: Collaborating with clients to handle various content production needs, including video, web, e-commerce, print, and POS materials with an accent on expertise in digital content, motion design, and print production. Focus on project execution skills and contributing to a dynamic team.

Location: Milan, Italy. Office presence expected at minimum 2 days per week

What you will do

• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and motion graphic designers to align on content production (stills, videos, animations).
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Verify content coherence and consistency with the client's brand guidelines across all platforms, coordinating with the creative team.
• Ensure all produced content follows the client’s tone of voice and guidelines.
• Work closer with clients and brands, who are entrepreneurial and relish the opportunity to be a part of something new and dynamic.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Account/Project Manager in an agency setting & Experience meeting with clients
• Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills, a solution-based attitude, and the ability to work with people with diverse skills
• Proficiency in Italian & English is required as we are a global business
• Knowledge of digital and print production required
• Ability to work independently and prioritize under tight deadline and/or with interruptions, to produce accurate results within quick turnaround times
• Experience with strategic brainstorming, creative brief development and creative execution.
• An outstanding background in digital content and production
• Excellent knowledge of social content and digital content (website, CRM, Production)

Nice to have

• Experience with OTC and pharmaceutical brands is a plus.
• Background in a creative agency environment.
• Skilled in communication and marketing.
• Multi-market experience.
