What you will do

• Lead the scheduling and management of a nationwide freelance operator network across all Italian regions.
• Forecast demand and determine headcount for regional football projects in collaboration with Project Leads.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the Italian market, from initial sourcing to final onboarding.
• Audit HSE certifications and ensure all personnel comply with Italian safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08).
• Oversee the invoicing process and accurate cost center allocation for the freelance network.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and operational support for the Italian freelancer community.

Requirements

• Proven experience in resource coordination or freelance management specifically within the Italian market.
• Strong background in managing complex schedules for live events, sports, or broadcasting.
• Knowledge of Italian Health & Safety standards and labor compliance for contractors.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
• Ability to manage financial invoicing workflows and expense allocation.
• Willingness to travel across Italy for event support or team meetings.
