Salary: EUR 50,000 gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria).

What you will do

• Lead and execute high-end studio and on-site photo productions from concept to final delivery.
• Direct models and talent with ease to achieve strong poses and natural performances.
• Collaborate with Producers, Content Strategists, Social Brand Teams, Videographers, and Editors to develop innovative creative solutions.
• Oversee selection, basic grading, and handover for retouching and contribute to retouching where needed.
• Stay ahead of social media, content, and photography trends.
• Maintain gear responsibly and keep sets and processes organized and production-ready.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in high-end studio and on-location photography.
• Advanced flash/strobe lighting knowledge.
• Confident model direction and an instinct for styling, movement, and expression.
• Strong expertise in Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One.
• Proven ability to shape concepts into premium content that performs across platforms.
• Willingness to travel frequently and possession of a category B driving license.

Nice to have

• Advanced retouching skills (beauty/product/food/automotive).
• Experience working with mixed content productions (photo + video sets).
• Strong interest in new tools, workflows, and trend-driven content formats.
